Our boxing programme has two different class types as well as boxercise class for those less interested in the technical aspects of boxing.

Beginners boxing:
This class is all about learning the ground level fundamentals, like footwork, correct technique in punches such as the jab, cross, lead hook and uppercut, perfecting your stance, and learning how to defend punches. All those building blocks you'll need for your boxing journey. There will be a circuit workout tailored to enhance the learned techniques. It's not just for raw beginners, well all need a brush up once in a while!

Intermediate boxing:
These classes are where you'll be able to develop your more technical boxing skills. You’ll be working on intermediate level combinations, strategy, and increasing your range of technique and skills, both in offence and defence. We'll also address your physical tuning, through circuit based conditioning and strength drills at a higher intensity then the beginners class. We have a 60 minute and a special 90 minute version of this class.

Boxercise:
Use the sport as a fun way to get fit. These 60 minute sessions will focus on training and conditioning yourself like a boxer, with Funky Disco and Drum’n’Bass to set the mood.

Relevant to those wanting to try out boxing for the first time or include it as part of a varied exercise programme, as well as those more serious about wanting to develop their skills here.
