Joining Hollow Rocks is free and gives you access to our free running, walking and cycling clubs and a calendar of social events. Once you’ve registered you will be given a free pass so you can trial one of our coaching classes.

Once you’ve trialled a class, if you want to carry on training at Hollow Rocks we have a range of different membership options available.

Monthly Memberships

Access to any of the classes in the timetable plus a 20% café discount for a monthly cost.

There are no registration fees and membership can be cancelled with one week’s notice.
