The Foundations classes are 30 minute sessions that focus on a different area every day of the week. These classes are designed to help you work on different aspects of what you need to be good at any sport like agility, speed, stamina, flexibility and strength.
Good for people short on time who are wanting to improve their general all-round fitness or to focus on specific weaker areas.

Our sports-based fitness classes use a combination of sports drills, functional training and circuit training to create fun and varied workouts that change every day. The classes follow a 4-phase format which includes a playful warmup, a learning segment, the workout and then the rest phase.

Playground is our most sociable class. It's a gentle, enjoyable, lower intensity one hour session that combines a range of sports drills and exercises to get you moving but all with a view to keeping you at below 70% of your maximum heart-rate, allowing you to train without putting too much stress onto your system and most importantly, leaving you with enough energy to chat to friends throughout the class!
This class is designed for anyone who is new to exercise, recovering from injury, or just looking for a gentler type of training that still provides the benefits of learning about sports and being active.
In this class, we use the art and joy of boxing to take you through a fun and high-energy workout, complete with funky disco and Drum 'n' Bass to entertain you while you sweat. You'll be training and conditioning yourself like a boxer, hitting that bag and building your fitness as you go.
Great for those looking for fun ways to stay fit or those with an interest in learning some of the movements of boxing.
Hollow Rocks Boot Camp is a group exercise session designed to improve strength and fitness.It includes high intensity work and functional body weight movements, combined with aerobic and anaerobic movements such as running and sprinting.
These sessions will start at the club and utilise local streets and parks. Demanding, but fun!
