These classes use sports style training and drills to help you get better at all sports and improve your all-round fitness.

Exercises can be adapted to accommodate different levels of fitness, ability, skill or past experience of sport.

The programme we have developed is designed to help you improve in areas relevant to all sports such as strength, agility, speed, flexibility and stamina, as well as to learn and practice the techniques and skills that are relevant to specific sports.

Skills & Drills is an hour class that changes every day, combining a mix of fitness drills and chances to practice more technical skills, drawn from a range of different sports.  Each class will include elements of at least three different sports, creating a fun and varied workout that over time could turn you into the all-round athlete…

Relevant to those looking to learn about and get better at that specific sport, as well as those just looking to use sport as a fun way to get fit.

Sports Club is an one hour class that changes every day, combining a mix of fitness drills and chances to practice more technical skills, drawn from a range of different sports. Relevant to those looking to use sports style training as a way to stay fit, as well as those interested in developing their knowledge of lots of different spots.

Playground is a lower intensity one hour class that combines a range of sports drills and exercises but all with a view to keeping you at below 70% of your maximum heartrate, allowing you to train without putting too much stress onto your system.

This class is designed for anyone who is new to exercise, recovering from injury, or just looking for a gentler type of training that still provides the benefits of learning about sports and being active.

Sports Foundations is a 30 minute classes that change every day, designed to work on the different aspects of what you need to be good at any sport such as agility, speed, stamina, flexibility and strength.

Good for people short on time who are wanting to improve their general all-round fitness, or to focus on specific weaker areas.

Running CLub  - Running (and walking) club happens every week and is free for everyone to attend. Groups are streamed into the runners, the people who want to do a mix of walking and running, and those who just want to walk and talk.
Relevant to members looking to improve their overall running and general fitness, as well as those just wanting to get moving and have a chat with some friends.
Walking Club  - Walking club happens once a week and is just for walking. It’s really more of a social occasion for people and a way to get some activity and feel connected to the local area where you live.

Relevant to members looking to get moving, chat to friends and get to know new people.
